You ain't gonna believe what i saw on a trailer
I still can't believe i saw this. While traveling through Macon GA last night at midnight on the interstate i saw an old antique Harley that looked like a "robins egg blue" 1930's Knucklehead(could have been other model), loaded up on a trailer with what looked like a load of old junk. It was being pulled on an old ran down utility trailer by an old ran down piece of junk pickup truck. Looked like the truck wasn't capable of going much faster than 45 so i'm sure it was local. Looked like someone had cleaned out a bunch of junk somewhere or was moving some stuff. Hard to tell, down here in the south sometimes on "redneck moving day" which is midnight on the 31st, you can't really tell whether someone is moving thier possessions or hauling some stuff to the dump. Hard to tell after dark but it looked like it was just leaning against all the other stuff like a piece of scrap iron or something. Someone please tell me i didn't see that!

In 1982 i did buy a 1964 panhead that had been sold in 1965, stolen in 1969 and some of the parts stripped. It had about 3,000 miles on it when i found it in the corner of a shed with plywood laying on it. Wouldn't sell it when i first found it even after i offered him $1000 for it. He called me a couple years later and asked if i still wanted it. Found another front end, tank, and carb for it, put a battery in it, squirted penetrating oil in the cylinders and rode it for a few years.
