She lied. Told me the same thing. They finally shipped mine last Wednesday after 7 weeks. Supposed to be delivered on Monday which will be 8 weeks.

 

I ordered mine back in February and it came about a week later. They really are worth the wait, so don't give up. I need to order a second one for the OL, but will probably wait until they get caught up on orders.

 

Jamie, I called a couple of times (impatience) and got mine within their delivery date.

Don't be afraid to call again, we all know how $hit happens.

 

it took over 8 weeks from the time I order to the time the helmet was at my front door. worth the wait but damn what a long wait it was.
I want to order the D.O.T. version of my helmet but will wait till they slow down a bit.....I'm not up fpr another 8+ week wait.

I have only seen one person here post a pic so was curious what styles everyone is ordering, I know you can get it with d-rings verse the connector? Is the visor optional? and how about the ear flaps? Last question, Anyone have their new DOT polo helmet?? Thanks in advance for any advice before I order and wait it out. mojo

 

I ordered it with the D-rings. They are easier to adjust than the clips. The ear flaps are additional $19.95 & the visor is $10.95

 

Ordered 2 helmets and it took 4 weeks to arrive. My first impression when picking up the box by weight was, damn they only sent one. Opened up and there were 2 helmets, DOT in the natural carbon.

These are nice helmets, good-looking stuff. Mine were with the ear panels and snaps for the visor. Have ridden many trips and there is no wind buffeting and no neck pain. Almost like not wearing one.

PRO's; weight, comfortable and good style.

CON's; interior a little less than expected, no vents, black is hot.

I talked to ACC and requested the liner pads from the Non DOT to try. They appear in the pictures to maybe allow some upward airflow. The padding that comes with the DOT is one continuous pad that once on your head is like a seal.
