They're a small operation and are just really busy, probably mostly from bike week. Me and the old man got fitted up for one and the first shipment took six weeks. They were not made as ordered and it took another two weeks to get them back. Picked them up today and they're perfect. These are all made in-house, if you think the helmet stinks, you should smell the shop! I don't know how they stand it. Good people to deal with though.

 

any idea on the total that people from this forum ordered?

Erin was nice when I called and checked Last week, but I didnt ask about the numbers...she did say they had been swamped with the 2 major bike shows and this forum but that was a good bad thing to have to deal with.

 

I ordered mine May 1st & requested that they notify me when it was shipped because it will be coming by FEDEX & they tend to leave packages any old place. They told me that it would be about 3 1/2 weeks. I hadn't heard anything, so I called them yesterday to find out the status. They said, "We've been really busy, but we'll put a rush on your helmet."

I'm not going to hold my breath waiting.

 

I also ordered on May 1st. I finally called yesterday! It still hasen't shipped and will be about another 1 1/2 weeks. I hope it's here for Laconia!!!!!

 

Mine took 3+ weeks to get here - It arrived about May 1st.

They shipped extra, (free), insert pads that arrived two working days after my request.
