I guess I'm officially suffering from OCD. Bike's washed at least once a week, sometimes more. Detailing spray once-over daily. I can't stand having crap on it...it's gotta be showroom shiny when I hit the road. I enjoy doing it too..I find it relaxing to clean the bike when I get home from a day of riding

Since black shows any kind of dirt, I wash my bike about every week or two, depending on the miles I ride. Blow dry with electric blower. Wax about 2 times a year. Love a clean ride.

..I wash mine about every 2 or 3 weeks, more often if needed..lightly spary it down with hose, watch the elctrical switches, then spray it with S 100, let sit for a minute or two, in the shade of course, then wipe the tank and fenders with a micro fiber, then rinse it off with the ionized? part of the Mr. Clean system, then give it a blow dry..

I wash it with carwash and wax soap, blow it off with a leaf blower, pledge the painted surfaces, and windshield and use chrome polish on the chrome, and blue magic on the aluminum, takes about 1½- 2½ hours once every other week or so when it's warm, not as often when it starts getting cold out.

I use a car wash soap, that is designed to not leave water spots. Don't remember what it is called but I got it from Auto Zone.
And you should not use dish soap to wash vehicles, unless you plan on waxing after the wash, because dish soap removes wax.
