Default carbureted sportster

We are leaving East Tennessee at 750ft above sea level and traveling out west where we will reach 7500 to 8000ft above sea level.. what effect should we expect, if any, on the sportster with the carburetor? What adjustments should we be prepared to make? We have ridden in the Smokys to 5500ft with no trouble..

it is a constant velocity carb, henceforth the name keihen cv 40 carb. they adjust according to the altitude for the most part. not an issue.
