I seen it today as well (denim). It's definitely different. I'm not sure you could get the effect in a picture.

Here is what it looks like in bright sun when it's purple.

And here it is looking more blue with a tinge of purple. Very strange color for sure. The more I'm around it, the more I like it.

Reminds me of a Lincoln MK IV a guy had that lived down the street from me back in the 70's.
Had a fuzzy dashboard and bull horns on the hood.
