Nobody is forced to read any thread on here. Some of them are a waste of time but some are interesting. Pot luck.

I think we should have a separate forum section for people who want separate forum sections for threads that annoy them.

Now that's funny I don't care who you are!

Seriously, I like those posts of crashes because I do have a brief thought about those involved (call it a prayer if you like, or just call it a moment of concern if ya don't), and also I try to learn things that help me. Like for example I declared to my son that the 2 of us should start avoiding riding in the late night / early morning after reading on this forum about so many accidents occurring during those times. Yes it's common sense that that's when there's the most drunks on the road, but it never occurred to me before, and my son and I have been known to ride into the wee hours of the morning every night when we're on long trips. Also hearing about all these cars with signals to the right abruptly making left hand turns across the left lanes had really got me proceeding with extreme caution in those situations. And many more things I pick up on.

I for one appreciate those posts and would not like them banned or moved to a separate section.

99% of the posts are from newbies. They usually just copy and paste the story with no input,,,,,what the OP's need to do is tell their frickin friends that drive cars.or post it in some car forum

Riding wouldn't seem so dangerous if everyone posted when they made it home safely on their bike. Maybe in a different forum section though.
