I find that an odd position to take.
Nothing odd about it. I ride a black Harley (brunette), I would ride a white Harley (bleach blonde), and I would ride a red (redhead) one. I think you have race and hair color mixed up and I will leave it at that.

Other brand than Harley?

For a cruiser bike? I doubt it.

For my next bike? Yup: Suzuki DR-Z 400.

For me when its time to think about a new scooter. The only question is which model, not which brand.

You come to a Harley forum and your very 1st post is a question about and a link to another brand and you call US brainwashed?

Couldn't afford the Harley, huh?

Nope. I've had two H-D's over the past 3 yrs and have logged over 100k between the two of them with ZERO problems. You'll be hard pressed to find that kind of reliability combined with the fit/finish and style that H-D gives you from any other brand...

Default Why look elsewhere?

My wife, my kids, my '09 RKC, my '72 Chevy pickup, what else do I need?

Yeah, some of the Triumphs are cool. I like the Cafe Racer style bikes. This would be nice as a 2nd bike...
