3 dealers in my area...closest one is 35 miles away. but the best one is 45 miles away. Personally I like knowing there's a dealership about every 60 miles along the interstate. Can't say that about Indian.

Say what? While I am not challenging you because I do not know the facts, it would make zero sense of a company to not have overlap in agreements with suppliers or dealers. It boggles the mind to think that HD would voluntarily create a situation where they could lose a large portion of their dealership network in one month. I am confused on this one.

In rural areas where the dealers are spread thin, I wouldn't expect any closings. In populated metro ares where many dealers are within 10-15 miles. Those are the dealers that should be sweating.
