We use what OFG uses, Plexus.
Unfortunatley the trip is planned and theres not too much sun shine in the forecast so I guess my whimpy *** will get soaked.

I've used RainX on my EG for three years now without any problems...

Beside just cleaning the shield it actually seals the pores of the windshield makes it super 'slick'. Rain doesn't stick to the shield as it just seems to flow off, much like a glass windshield that has been treated with Rain-X...

Plexus is made especially for Lexan, Perspex, Lucite, Plexiglas, Fiberglass, ABS, Mylar (window tint), Acrylite, and all other acrylics.

Good stuff.


Can you buy it somewhere? Or do you have to order it on line?

Someone on here had said to use carnuba car wax on the shield.I tried it and it worked real good for me.

Pledge works a lot better

unscented pledge works great on the shield. and it definalty helps to remove the bugs.
