my current bike is my FIRST "used" Harley......been lucky enough to have been the first owner of my past Harleys:

my 1st 2 where new, the next 6 where used and the last one I have now was new.
Never got burned on a used one, my 1st Harley in 71 was a 70 XLCH (AMF) and needed top end every yr I owned her, but I did ride her HARD!!!

The sportster in my sig is an '03, 100 anniversary, 1200. I got ot in Feb with only 4200 miles on it. I have 9200 on it now. It has SE pipes, bigger jets and hi-flow a/c. I love it, especialy the way it gets on the freeway.

"Utopian Overlord"
2002 Harley Heritage Softail Classic, 7400 miles and gathering dust in a widow's garage. Dead battery (charged), crappy drag pipes (replacing w/SE-II's from eBay), stock AC (replaced w/K&N), stock CV carb (rejetted), and two scratches near pillion mounting screw (polished out). Had to take 'er home!
