With sensitivy and political correctness the way it is these days you can't just up and punch someone in the face, even if they run a stop sign and put you and your bike on the pavement.
You have to verbally abuse and belittle them as much as possible until they snap and punch you in the face. Then suck it up and have a "self-defense" field day.

67 is just a number. This could be assault on an old man but it could be assault on a man that is just 67 years old. Big difference. This will be decided in a court and a 67 year old learned that you can't get away with things just because you lived long enough to blow out 67 candles.

I have seen 27 year olds that I would not hit because of disease and they were decrepit.
I have seen 67 year olds that with the right circumstances I would hit. Just because someone is 67 does not mean they are physically handicapped. The guy could have looked 40 with a big attitude.
At any rate I am just glad the biker was able to get up and smack him.
Boohoo the old guy got punched.

The guy runs a stop sign and takes out his wife on her bike and him on his own.

seriously...lot of internet tough guys....look nothing good ever came out of fighting except jail time .....you guys make it sound like he was targeting these people because they were on motorcycles....I'm sure he felt sick about hitting them...and to get punched in the face come on...are we 16 again?
what if the old guy had a gun? you never know and an assult by a younger stronger man would justify a use of force to make that threat go away...one never knows...just be grateful you survived the accident and the old guy will pay...thats why people have insurance..any settlement now will be lost in legal fees because he had to go and punch him....
