Got my bikes from Ralph at Groves in Winchester. Good folks out there to work with.
All of my maintenance has been done at Skips in Winchester. Scott and Skip do a great job taking care of customers. They are right around the corner from Groves.
I have purchased a few things from Patriot as they are convenient. Whitts is friendly too but didnt have what I was looking for in stock so I ended up at Groves.

I just finished a coast to coast trip, Sacramento CA to Ocean City MD, The six bikes that I rode with all needed service at the same time. I contacted Patriot HD in Fairfax and made appointments for all six bikes. They took us all in on the same day and finished all six bikes by that evening. They treated us fair and got us all on the road in one day. I would do business with their service dept anytime.
And just so I'm not totally hijacking the thread
, make sure to compare discount plans at different dealerships, some offer 5% and some 10%. It can make a huge difference if you plan on spending a lot at the dealership (which most of us do when we first buy a bike).

If your in the market for a good used bike, try Classic Iron in Dumfries. They have some awesome deals on used Harleys. You can see most of their inventory at www.bikerbill.com. I also have a good friend that is a Harley tech that would be glad to check out any used bike you may be interested in.

Patriot is one of those love em or hate em dealerships. I'd much rather take the journey out 50 west to Groves in Winchester. And as my wife put it - Winchester has the best womens clothing around...

Hey Baeseman1, have you been to Waugh HD in Orange VA?
My wife had a problem finding clothing at Patriot and Whitt's. We went to Waugh and the customer service was above and beyond. They had a ton of cloths and the lady even went over the fall/winter line up with my wife to see if she found anything they like. She found a jacket that will be out in November and is already on the list to get it. She is on the + side so sometimes hard to find cloths but we will be going back to Waugh for now on.
I have not been to Groves yet, but will take a ride out their also.
