Hugo Chavez's state run petroleum company, aka Citgo. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy doesn't it?

I like syn. I do not want to add to another oil thread but I will not support Citgo and send my dollars so of the border, unless there are ladies involved.

HD negotiates a long-term contract for their "erl". Right now it is produced to HD specs by Citgo. Before Citgo it was produced to HD specs by Sunoco.
