With good credit you will get offers on your credit cards for great rates like 1.9% from 6 months to life of the loan. (make sure there is no fees attached) I have used them in the past and it works great for me. The key is to never be late on a payment, don't use over 49% of your available credit, and run them for at least 6 months so its a plus on your credit report.

I refinanced my motorcycle from Harley Credit; I refinanced through Centris Federal Credit Union. Most credit unions will give you a better rate than most banks so I would start there. At my credit union it matched other banks and other credit unions loan rates. So I would start by finding a reputable credit union that will match the rates of other banks and credit unions and refinance through it.

Quick question on the financing... I did some research to finance a used bike and my credit union said they would only do a 2 or 3 year loan on used bikes... So that means my payments would be in the $300 range... Not that I couldn't swing that payment but id rather have small payments and make multiple payments a month when I want to... I have really good credit (740 or higher by now) now the question is... Would HD financing be decent or should I avoid it?? and go w Bank/credit union???
