Question someone please tell me the name of this bike
im new so can someone please tell me what kind of bike this is?

It looks like a custom build, or it's been modified so much it can't really be recognized for what it is.

custom build, shovelhead motor, hard tail frame...bobbed rear fender, raked front end.

Custom shovel head. As others have said, hard to tell more with just that one picture.
