We always stop when we see a biker pulled to the side of the road and each time we have stopped to use cell or whatever a biker or two have pulled over and asked if we were alright.
We are a brotherhood and being part of that means to watch out for our fellow brothers and sisters. If you are too good to do that then get the *uck off the bike, you don't belong on one!!!!!!!
