Go to the Alabama Attorney Generals web site and file a complaint. When it is an official inquiry the next guy may be treated better. May not help you but may also get his attention as how to handle customers.

after reading all 8 pages of this, the only thing i can add is that i hope an asteroid hits the planet soon. i dont mean a small car sized one either. how about a nice moon-sized one. yeah. that should do the trick nicely.

 

I've stayed there once before but never again after reading that post. I strongly believe in customer service and the arrogance of that message does nothing more than **** you off to the point that you want to seek the guy out and punch him squarely in the mouth.
