Default I need help with handlebars please

I have a 2007 Road King Classic. My arms are a little short and need a replacement handle bar that is as near to stock dimensions with at least 1-1/2 to 2" more pull back. First of all, the HD Handlebar Measurement Comparison Chart does not list the stock 55947-00 part number that my local dealer gave me. I need some point of reference before I can find a correct replacement. Does anyone know what the basic measurements are for stock handlebars? http://www.harley-davidson.com/pna/p...bmLocale=en_US

What about just getting a riser for you current bars? That's what I did on my Fatboy.

What riser did you use and will the stock handlebar mount chrome cover still fit?

Here's what I got:

The riser cover I had previously didn't work with these but I'm sure you can find some that will.

Go to a set of Heritige bars, we put dozens a year on RK's and FLSTF's. The RK's stock cables, wiring, and brake line work perfect. These are the same bars that come stock on the FLHRP's.

They run about 70.00.

The problem with a riser change on a RK is the cover on the Nacell, it will not let you go any higher, ther are some after market plates that will cover up the area if you want to do this.
