They run about 70.00.

The problem with a riser change on a RK is the cover on the Nacell, it will not let you go any higher, ther are some after market plates that will cover up the area if you want to do this.
I understand the stock wiring, harness and cable can be used. Is that correct? What all do you have to take apart to do this change-over?

If you want to get the measurments for your stock bars go to the flanders handlebar website and also check out the wild1 chubbys they are the best bars around and they also have a comparison chart

Default Hug your parts person

What worked for me was a good parts counter girl who found bars for my Deuce that came back another 1 1/2" but "looked" same and listed the front brake line # that I would need to lengthen....perhaps the answer is same for your bike model....a good parts person is amazing and endangered species John

Oh, like almost always there is a down side...the replacement bars are chrome, not stainless and the chrome, like most Harley chrome, held up about like my wife's fingernail polish.

I like Bikes, needs some help here, if I were to go over to a HD shop, and ask for Heritage bars without a part number for 03 Road King, would I be ok.

I'm telling you, some of these parts guys need some attitude adjustment, they kind of remind me of my local GM dealer when I went in for a car, "Oh, you want to buy a car" maybe I have some time for you, oh oh, I'm ranting to much Canadian Club watching a hockey game, and the Leafs are winning lol.

Part numbers please, thanks

I'm not big on apes, but the bars I got are similar to 12" (mini?) apes. From J&P Cycles, Custom Street High Bars...

I did have to do some fancy maneuvering of the clutch, brake, and throttle cables tho. Got them to work, but they are definately at their limit.
