Okay--here's my opinion. You need something to manage your fuel system. Your engine breathes easier and it exhaust with less restriction. I don't know anything good about your fuel injection system and I have never heard much good said about the system you have. Watch your plugs. They will tell you how your engine is burning. JMO

Man I’m glad you said that becasue some disagree with me… I have the BSS and a stock air cleaner as that’s what the dealer said would be fine, have an occasional back fire, and some deceleration gargling but it not to bad. Since V&H are double walled they look fine, but underneath they are blue so yeah probably running lean but from the factory I suspect. Would like to get a thundermax and try that out, hear good things about it…

I have been running a PCIII almost 4 years and somewhere aroun 60,000 miles and never had an issue with the Power Commander or the ECM.
