awwww man it just hit me.... us ole guys can't hear so well so we put louder pipes on to hear them better!!! Kinda like the TV volume at midnite!!! Haha!!!

I have loud pipes and I make it a point that when I start it in the mornings, I immediately start off and shift to 2nd and 3rd to keep it at the lowest rpm I can till I am away from houses and on to the main highway. I am always amazed at the IDIOTS that have to rev up thier bikes to "GET ATTENTION". Maybe I should start doing the same and when some of the 20 year olds riding now have to have "silent Harleys" when they are 30, they will realize how stupid it was to annoy other people, when they could have been mature enough to get to the open road before giving it the gas. Or is it that that many Harleys run so badly that they have to rev them up to keep it running? Maybe they should invest in tuneups or if they don't have the finances, to learn how to tune it up themselves. Oh, and before I forget, hello Georgia Girl!
