I've dropped a couple of my bikes at 5mph when I left the lock in the forks! Really sucks when you're turning left to leave. You just realize it too late! Started locking my rotors instead!

Some people are retards, yeah 5mph i was in a parking lot to an apartment complex. When I went into a turn the forks locked and the bike went over. But anyways, yeah the lawyer route will work, I have talked to some but I dont have big medical issues, I just hurt my knee and its almost back to normal. Lawyers dont care too much unless you have huge medial bills. My main reason for this post was to warn people about Harley Customer Service and to vent.

Something to do with the lock being able to slide into the frame and neck at any position.

Repairs hell! If that was me, they'd be taking care of my medical bills and I'd have a new Dyna sitting in the driveway. Any good attorney will get you that much.

I talked to a few lawyers and no one wants to touch it because the medical bills were only about 3 grand. My insurance will cover them but the lawyers said that you can usually get 2 to 3 times the medical and that isnt enough for them to jump at it because they would only get 30 percent.

+1, the Bottomfeeders are looking for a major injury/medical claim that is coupled to a "source of recovery" ...... lawyerspeak for large corporation with big $$$$$$$$$$.
The American trial lawyer, who feeds (30-40+%) of settlements, judgements, plus costs is going to begin sucking wind as the USSR of America, turning hard left, redistributes the profits of corporations, and sets the pay of all folks in the country, beginning with the CEO's. Trial lawyers "source of recovery" mills are going to dry up. Wonder if they will still be lefties then and the biggest dollar contributors of the blue side political machines.
