As I said before, my condolences to Morelock's family, but he was legally drunk himself...it doesn't lessen Billy's responsibility for his actions but neither Lane OR Morelock had any business being on the road intoxicated...my point being, let's not bestow sainthood on ANY drunk driver/rider...

Precisely, both have a responsibility for their actions. Being under the influence doesn't help when it comes to evading someone else under the influence. Driving under the influence period pisses me off whether you survive or not.

People with money, fame, political clout do not get treated like "Joe Sixpack " in Brevards court system, been there done that, right after my arinment, I was handed 10 restraining orders, and, could basicly not go anywhere in the county without being in violation of one.
