Anyone know what you get for all that money? I mean is it merely the items listed in the owners manual for 1000 mile service or do they include other items like maybe restting your ecm after your breakin period or upping your rev limiter or any other unlisted items?

I did a 10,000 miles service. replaced both tires, brakes, oil change, had an issue with my LED front turn lights and there were a couple other little things and it costed me $800.

Was it worth it? Yes because I cannot do sh*t on my own bike.

My 1k (service scheduled for Thursday, woohoo!) was free, as was my 5k - part of the deal for the bike. Got it a little over a month ago - they were giving them away at the time/.

$191 with me supplying the motor oil myself.

Of course they overfilled me so I had to take out a bunch when I got home. Won't be going back.

nothing is free. you paid for the service when you bought the bike. get a better price on the bike next time and don't pay for that service over the course of the loan. that service which they charged you for will end up being very expensive.

1K was $275....at 5K I asked how much...they said $275...went to the parts counter and got the shop manual, the required amount of Syn3, filter, and did it myself. I am doing the 10K next weekend myself.
