It sounds like the Police Chief had the right charges but unfortunately the DA's office,like so many DA offices want what ever charges will account for a win without a lengthy trial.Most of the time a mark in the win column for re-election counts more than JUSTICE for the victims....but luckily the rider wasn't hurt. Can you say civil law suit....win her house then evict her sorry a$$!!!!!!!!

underage kids walk. but not without a whole bunch of very scary charges. the best way to keep a wayward kid clean is to hang something nasty over their head. hence the heavy charge.

cool is just a dumbas. born stupid, and will die stupid. but, you can't fix stupid and she probably has babies to deal with. in the best interest of all: give her a few years in county and get her shocked-out after a few months.

insurance should handle the bike repairs.

no harm = no foul. thats how justice works.
