I first heard of that mag in this forum, then saw one in a supermarket. It was the 35th anniversary issue and I liked the article on the 35 most inportant bikes, and most of the other stuff, but then, I'm not a biker, I'm a motorcycle enthusiast (and sailor).

Hell, I still haven't gotten the July issue. But I keep getting the mail wanting me to become a life member. Whoever is running this magazine needs to take some lessons from the NAHC side (which by the way I've never had any problems with and love my life membership with them). I'll never continue with membership if they can't get the mag to me when they're supposed to.

That Rider club is a frikkin joke. I joined just to check it out, and months later, they send me a sponge (yes...something you'd buy at Big Lots or Ollies). The best part was, the sponge came with warnings about using it on motorcycle surfaces.

At least they sent me one of those kickstand pucks. But I never did get the rain suit, or anything else that was supposed to be in the "member's kit".
