Default O-Ring Shifter Peg

Has anyone put an O-Ring shifter peg on their bike? Its a Harley part but the way it is configured I can't this peg on the shifter arm. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

Ask the dealer, your question is very vague, if you have forwards it just screws in, don't see the problem.

Never used one, but the picture in the catalog looks like it has a nut attached to the mounting screw. Maybe it bolts on from the back?

Thanks fpr the replies. Went to the dealer this morning and had them print out a copy of the installation sheet . Dealer had no idea why the pegs did not come with instruction sheet. Guy behind the counter had no idea how to install until he was able to find installation instructions on computer.The end cap needed to be removed, bolt and spacer removed and spacer greased. The nut on the end of the bolt was only there to hold everything in place in the package and once removed from packaging. Once spacer was greased, bolt went thru spacer and then thru peg. Bolt was then screwed into shifter arm, tightened and then end cap replaced.
