Saw one in a curve last week. Looked down, no blood, no entrails protruding, no vermin swarming. I had to wonder.

sure...right up until the moment I drove over him....then wondered no more.

 

Usually when I start to wonder those things I find it's time to "walk the dog" and wonder no more.

Kind of like wondering why abbreviation is such a long word...

And why do hot dogs come in packages of 10, but hot dog buns come in packes of 8...

And why is panties plural but bra is singular...

ok, ok, headin for a cold one, nuff wonderin...

And just to think,... My wife said that this forum was just probably meaningless rambling. I will now have to tell her that we have engaged in philosophical discussions, and that once again she is wrong. LOL

I hit a ground hog about a month ago. I thought it was dead on the side of the road and didn't give it much though till it jumped up and ran in front of me. I didn't hit it square so it wasn't a big deal just a lot of brakes and a big "Oh S**t!!!

 

Yes....I have often wondered that........for years....until I realized that doing that laying there is just a big fu%*ing joke to them and they are messing with my mind. So now........I just ignore their silly antics and think to myself.."sure, go ahead and lay there like you're dead in the road and all...I don't give a $hit" Creepy little pink bastards!!![:@][:@][:@] Maybe someday I'll lay in the frickin road and see how they like it.......[sm=drooldude.gif][sm=drooldude.gif]

Can't say that I ever wondered if they are dead or just playing possum, but this does remind me of a prank we did when I was a teenager. We managed to catch one and put him in a big shopping bag. He was so cute that we let him loose in a Walmart store. I'll bet you can guess that reaction.
