they're only about 20+ thousand dollars away from being able to do that to my bike. if you guys owned baggers, and someone dragged their heel or shoe across the top surface of the bag, you'd be very pissed. it ain't a happenin to my bike. a dyna, sportster, softail without bags, hell, i'd still be absolutely irate, and it'd give me a chance to get hauled off to jail if i caught them.

and mine is a vivid black streetglide, so you can see how the paint would get scratched, marked, etc. it's not permitted at all.

You got that right, I said the same thing in a little different way myself in another post, baggers are little diffrent when getting on and off to keep from damaging things, Some people just don't get it..Lessons learned the hard way...

As bad as some thing it sounds, I got to agree, stay the hell off of MY Bike or buy it and then you can sit on it all day. Lessons learned the hard way..

I was actually just discussing this basic topic with an offline friend. I realized how many strangers ask me to take my bike for a ride. Strangers. I don't know them from Jack. I tell them all the same answer. "Hand me a certified check for $17k, and you can ride it all you want. Cash is also accepted." That usually shuts them up. Oddly enough, it's usually people who are kin to Obama that will ask.

It happens that they Always they have asked for permission. But If anyone would sit without permission, just tell them to be careful, bike is heavy and if fall over the knee... Something like that in order not get themselves hurt or burt with the engine, pipes etc

I dont really care when a "friend" sits on my bike, as long as the kick stand stays down.

If they aren't my friend or I just dont like them I tell them to get the fu** of my bike, problem solved

Knew a guy once who was always asking me if he could borrow my heritage classic because his wife was to big to fit on back of his bike, but I wouldn't be totally put out he would let me ride his old piece of shi* sportster around while he and his fat a** wife were out on my bike.
Of course once I heard that super propostion I had to answer with go F yourself.
