Based on your last post, the answer is simple. Get the Harley. Just because it's a 93 doesn't make it "old". I could see if the bikes in question had 120K miles or something like that on them, but the mileage you mentioned is in line with many bikes just a few years old. I wouldn't be worried about it in the least. Get the Harley.
