Sounds like your wearing a nylon , wind resistant type of jacket , most of the puff effect is coming up from the waist or your not zipped up all the way . Get a leather jacket and you should be cured . If its too hot for leather its too hot for a jacket .

It might not be the size of your jacket is too big but the style of your jacket is wrong. I prefer the racing style jacket as they are usually a much more tailored, tighter fit.

Currently I'm wearing the Hein Gericke V Pilot and it is as close to perfect as I've ever had.

Your jacket is too big around the middle. It's getting pulled out and up by the negative pressure behind the windshield. I had a rainsuit top that did the same thing because it was too large. Kept me dry, but I looked like a toad.

Mine does that if I don't wear gloves over the sleeves and have it zipped up all the way with the collar closed.
If you leave the collar open a little or if you have zipper vents open those up, should go away.

Or don't ride so damn fast![sm=gears.gif]
