Default 240 vs 200

I have a delimna. I want to get a wide tire kit, but not sure of which size tire to get. The 240 is nice but I don't like the half fender that is offered. Plus, I haven't seen any suitable passenger seats with sissybars. That's the only way my wife will ride is if I have a sissy bar. The 200 seems to answer all of my questions, but I haven't seen any sissy bars for those either. In order to keep peace, anybody have a solution?

i have a 200 on my nighttrain and anything bigger wouldnt handle very well, if you really like to " ride " than i suggest a 200 but if looking cool is more important (which is not a bad thing), then go with the bigger. just slow down more on your turns.

Try www.Heartlandbiker.com they do a 180 or 200 and the kit comes with everything including a detachable passenger seat with sissybar. You need to ad a pad but thats no big thing. Michael

Take a lool at DM Customes. They have a couple of wide tire kits that might meet your needs. http://www.dmcustoms.net/aboutus.htm

Would something like this work with removable back rests integrated into the seats?

Thanks for everyone's input, I think I'm going to go with the 200. It doesn't limit my options. Thanks BigBuster for the advice. You can look cool with a 200 if you got the right set of wheels on it.
