Canad+USA: Shouldnt' there be a law that no motor vehicle will be sold that exceeds a speed limit of say 100 mph. All our roads do not exceed speed limit of 70 mph (120kmph).
For racers and recreational riders it could be done by requiring a special permit only limited to using these vehicles under special circumstances.

I'm waiting for the law to enforce some kind of seat belt on a motorcycle. LOL
Seriously though, there should be a mandatory course for new riders. I would also suggest a 400cc limit for new riders. My point is if you put a newly licensed 18 year old on a super fast crotch rocket he's gonna test out its ability. Don't ya think? The age/fatality statistics kind of prove it. I would also like to see a mandatory course for all vehicle drivers on motorcycle awareness. Half the time the blame is onthe idiot that never saw you coming.
