Can't you buy baffles for Samson pipes? I thought I seen them in JP cycles. I just bought a set of Santee's and I had to buy the baffles seperate. I would rather not use them, but the bike does run better with them.

I try to stay with original exhaust stock pipes I had three sets of original exhaust pipes brake last year. I found some V&H long shots they are loud and I was looking at the quiet baffles. It will lower the sound by 3 dec. It's not much but stock pipe don't last on my bike with felling apart or braking.

 

contact your local abate chapter. they helped me down here. had a lawyer show up for my trial. he got my loud pipe ticket dismissed.
