I personally don't like it stock. That being said there are lots of ways to make it look better. I wouldn't mind owning one and making it my own.
Oh and those Rockers are ugly!!!! Just take a look at mine.

Lose the seat & install an oldschool rigid style seat with a thin pad on a real pan, change the front wheel and add a tank shifter and foot clutch...or build a bobber for alot less...

True that but being as they seemed to be trying to embrace the older harley look, the hinged fender is dated and I think would add to that old harley look. I don't think the bobber went with the springed pogo solo seat either. Mixed metaphors on the crossbones. Is it Bobber or old harley look. Which one?

You'll see both and more from the guys with them on this forum. That is why they kick a$$... IMO

I like the bike myself. I do not like the fenders and I wish they would have done something with metal under that seat instead of that cheap-looking plastic. But overall, I give it a B+ as stock and with very little work, they can look stellar.
Now the Rocker is another story...............

My 09 Heritage has some accents taken from the bones. I would absolutely love the bones with some mods.......like others have stated, full rear fender like on the Heritage/Fatboy and get rid of that spring seat.
+1 on the pirate logo on the 09's oil tank. What were they thinking there?
Dig the upswepts GymRat.....looks good.

Aw, c'mon.
HD is trying to come out with something that is still very "Harley" but is still a new model, may appeal to a new HD buyer, and is still very customizable.
I'd say they nailed it with the Cross Bones. Like Bluzmn59, I'd give it a B+, maybe even an A-.
That said....yeah, the fenders......dood.
