I don't know about everyone else, but did you notice that the woman said she didn't notice the rider until she hit her? What about the DAMN stoplight, did she not notice that either? No skid marks at the scene as well, this woman got off way too light. negligence is negligence, the woman was painting her nails, at the least (and i mean very least) she should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter.
