You live in DC area with no garage ? I'd worry more about will your insurance cover the bike when somebody decides they like it more than you . Wet is temporary .

 

my neighbor let's his 2010 street glide sit outside in the weather. i think he's not all there. everytime it rains or snows i just shake my head.

That one looks like it not only got wet, but went over the waterfall. Now I don't feel so bad about the small dent I put on my tank last night!
