Come and live in the UK, we ride manly in the rain in winter. I have also proven that Harley's don't melt in light snow either

Those PW little people that can't play in the rain and don't ride in the winter. If there a cloud in the sky has to call for there mommy to ride there baby ways to work. It's to cold, it's to wet, it's to cloudly outside, my mommy will not let me out today, one day I will be out to play. But I can ride with those type of bikerrrrrs My mommy told me so. This is what the fairy weather is all about. Put your pantys on and go riding.

Build a small 8 X 8 shed (or bigger). Reasonably cheap if you buy the lumber (with plans) and build it yerself. The rain won't hurt it but yer gonna want it somewhat secured.
