Should I dye my seat black?
#21
I think it looks awesome and it would be a mistake to change it. But, you're the one that has to be happy with it.
If you made that, why not just make another one. Then you could change them out depending on your mood or what you wanted to achieve that day.

Leave it the way it is. I think that you might lose some of the picture quality if the background is black. It is unique, you made it show it off proudly.

For the people that said to add matching accents, I don't do that because not every one of my seats is this color. My touring (and two up) seat is black. My saddle bag is also black.
To the guy that suggested other colors, I have also seriously considered going with a darker shade of brown. And to the guy that said oxblood, I do like that color and used to have a seat that was oxblood red with a picture of Jack Nicholson's face looking crazily through the broken door in The Shining. I think this seat is a little large to have it be red though. Know what I mean?

I already have multiple seats that I change out as I feel like it. The thing is making another seat takes about 30-40 hours. When I make another, it'll probably be something different all together. Also, I don't have a bunch of seat pans laying around for my bike and making fiberglass ones is a big mess that I don't jump to do too often.
