Don't know much about HD's speedo/tach combo but a local manufacturer makes digital combo kits......google Dakota Digital.....excellent reputation, excellent products. Owner lost his foot when a cager blew a stop sign in Sturgis in 2007....super guy.

 

Had mine for over 10k miles with no problems.
