Well before i trade my nightster in for a street glide i have decided to give it one last hoorah. Im goin to do the iron but, or attempt to do it anyways. Anyone ever done this on a super hard seat? lol Any advice would be great

 

Get yourself a pair of padded bicycle shorts.

get a sheepskin seat cover.

 

If you do this on a Nighty you will have a titanium ***.

I'm getting ready to do this on my Dyna and am definitely gonna look for some kind of seat padding. I was thinking about trying to borrow the aftermarket seat from my wife's Sporty, which has alot more padding and is pretty comfortable. It looks to be about the same length but I have my doubts it will fit ...
