looking at these helmets
I am going to start wearing a full face helmet more this year. I am also looking at the fulmer 3/4 for warmer days. The two full face helmets I like is the hjc cl-15 crypt and fulmer d4. Any experiences or opinions about these helmet. I have seen some review and they seem to be good.

I just got my Fulmer V2 helmet today in Bobber Green (metal flake green). The color is awesome! The metal flake colors really sparkle, the people working at the store that I ordered it from were all like "wow!" when it came out of the box.
In terms of fit, really nice. I took my first ride with it on and it is light IMO, and fits real comfy. Not too bobble head looking either (as much as a DOT helmet can get). I would recommend it 100% personally. I would say get the accessory bubble shield, looks like a space helmet with it!!
Total old school!!!

I would recommend looking at your local metric stores for a fullface. Sometimes you can get last years model at a huge discount. That's how i got my HJC AC-11. Some have anti-fog shields too which are nice. Mine doesn't, wish it did. HJC makes nice helmets, they seem to fit my melon pretty well compared to others.

I ordered a biltwell in matte black. Can't wait for it to get it! Im anxious to see how it really fits. I did try a fulmer in XL (I'm normally a L or XL) and it was a pretty tight fit. Kinda squeezed my head. It didn't look to bad, but just not what I was hoping for. Still kinda made my head look a little big.

Sorry i can't help with your choice , but I've mulled and mulled it and I just can't get myself to wear one yet,I admit it would be nice on long trips.I do lots of 200 + mile trips just for a hoot!

If it gets hot where you live, the HJC likely won't provide the ventilation you need. I don't know about the Fulmer. I personally have a Shoei X-11, and it's by far the best venting helmet I have ever owned. And that includes a lot of HJC. If you don't want to spend 5+ bills for a Shoei, Arai, AGV, or the likes, look at the Scorpion. They are supposed to vent well too, it just didn't fit my head. Good luck!

Scorpian
I have a Scorpian EX-400 in Black 3XL for my big head.
It vents ok but I miss my Shoei RF-800 with the one notch for a partially open windshield. I'm soon getting a Shoei RF-1000 since they make a 3xl.
