Great! I'll actually be up in Chicago 10-12 of this month...I know of a few things I "need". Can I write that off as a business expense? Thanks for the heads up.

 

I'll be real surprised if the sale is over at the end of the month . In the 2 years I've been ordering HD parts online Chicago HD has always been 20% off , although in the beginning they gave you the sale price as you window shopped . Now it shows up on your total after you click on "place order ".

I like Zanotti's better then Chicago HD. I sent an order to both of them at the same time a couple of months ago. Zanotti's kept me informed about my order but I had to call Chicago Harley to find anything out. Zanotti's was just as cheap if not not cheaper on most items then Chicago Harley. I'm getting ready to order some more things from Zanotti's again this weekend.

 

I looked at other options before my last order with Chicago HD , never had any real problems , although sometimes it takes close to a month to get parts that are out of stock . Found that with me living on the West Coast shipping was double with Zanotti's and probaby all other dealers east of Chicago , which would make sense since they are much further away . Get the best deal and try to buy closer to home for the best shipping prices .

Personally I used to swear by Chicago HD now I swear at them. They no longer ship to FPO/APO address I have 2 others dealers that offer faster shipment and same 20% all the time discount plus they are always sending freebies. Trust me I know all at this base curse Chicago HD and we do pass the word. Just my .02

Iam sure it depends in what part of the country you live, as to the shipping charges. But there are alot of dealers that offer 20% off on internet orders. Zanotti's has always been upfront with me and the bigger plus, they are only 1 state away

I've ordered from Chicago Harley and I'm still waiting on a part that I ordered in March.

 

I compaired prices between Chicago HD and Zanotis about 3 weeks ago. Prices on both sites were about the same for each site but Chicago HD listed all the parts as In Stock so I went with them placing the order from thier on-line store.

After not hearing from them for over a week, I called them and talked to thier internet sales guy. They hadn't even taken my order and put it in the system yet. Seems they take the internet orders and then place them in thier system by hand. Guess hey haven't integrated the web store in with their primary sales system.

Then I found out that the parts were not In Stock as were listed on the web site. I'll be hard pressed to purchase with them again.
