Default Some winter improvements on the FXST

I did some minor changes to the 06 FXST over the winter & got to take some pics this weekend. The changes were the Mustang solo seat w/removable backrest, Mini Beast II horn, removing the football AC cover & the wind deflectors, new HD Tribal Flame mirrors, chrome left side tool box & a flame heim joint shift linkage. I think I'm done....for now.

Greetings,

It turned out nice...The flame theme isn't overdone at all. Two thumbs up here!

I appreciate the comments. I tried to keep the flames low key & still run the theme throughout the bike. Exposing the rear fender with the solo seat really makes a huge difference & I can add the pillion & backrest for 2 up riding. Joker machine covers were used & I really like the way the Mini Beast II horn cover flows with the left side. I'm still debating between the mini apes on the Heritage & the Wild 1 560's on the FXST. I love the way the Heritage feels & handles with the mini apes & I like the look too. I may eventually put them on the FXST but I'd have to replace all the cables (again). Time will tell if I can get some time on the bikes when the weather in NY decides to cooperate.

Sweet lookin bike, I finally did my first real mods to my Softail Custom, Hooker toublemakers, Stage one air, and PowerCommanderV. I really want to get a new air cleaner cover and yours is just what I am looking for, or something similar. Would you mind saying where you got it?

This is my first Harley, and want to do it right the first time.
