Harley has pulled the plug on the following models
Harley has pulled the plug on the following models ( FLST, FXSTS, AND FXDC), They admitted making a mistake reissuing the FLST in 2006. So the FLST is a one year bike.

If true, Wow! I'm glad I got mine when I did! I'm surprised to hear anyone say the FLST could be a mistake. Only reason I could see Moco saying that is if sales were lame, which would be a surprise. Heritage was introduced in 1986, so I guess it's kinda like a 20 year anniversary thing. I keep checking HD website for any confirmed specs or pics. Nothing yet.

I wonder why they decided to do that? I have heard some good comments about the Springer and how they liked the looks of the springer front end. Maybe sales weren't all that great. I am glad that I got mine when I did.

I would like a source on this as well. The Heritage Soft tail is a very popular bike. I can't imagine them getting the axe, unless they are replacing it with something similar.
The springers are beautiful, although I'm not sure what the sales are. The Dyna Super Glide Custom never did much for me, I prefer the Wide Glide.
Please keep us posted regarding any official annoucements.

I think the sringers are the lowest selling softails and I can see one but not both springers going. As for the FLST, 06 in the first year for it I think so it seems silly to introduce a model for one year then give it the boot. Hey, who knows what they are up to.
