finally i close the deal. i got the copy of the title and has clear history (not salvage as i thought). the discrepancy on the mileage was because of the bank reported as 39K miles while the bike it self has 31K miles. i guess i will have to register the bike as 39 to avoid "rollback" on history report.

I personally use CycleVIN.com before I buy a used bike, they usually have good info as far as previous owners, as well as salvage, theft etc...
