Man i dont think id go for the 09. id just sell the big dog and put all that into the 08! thats a lot towards a bike, and would surely crush the CVO.

The CVO's are great looking bikes...but not worth the loss you'd take with selling both. As the others have said, sell the Dog...build the '08 to be a better bike...and pocket some change.

The CVO bikes are great looking machines but I would not trade a Big Dog for a 110 dog anyday. Been there, done that.

Thanks all....all the input helps big time....I'm thinking on it...my back is starting to give me problems but not sure if it is coming from the K9 or not....still mulling it over....

I really like the looks of the CVO RG....I did get a chance to ride one last year as well...it was really nice...can't beat the RG on the highways man...they just fly or as I heard it said "it's like magic"....

But I really like riding the Dog to....so maybe the best hing to do is keep both for a while and see how it goes...can't beat having both...best of both worlds....

Thanks,
RED

I didn't read any further than this, cause this is how I look at it. But, jus' like Jayson, JMFUO.
So, to answer your 'original' ?, not only NO, but H*LL NO !!! BUT again, JMFUO.
Go to Dennis Kirk, Scratch and dent, they have S&S 124"s for one helluva price. Then you'd have an RBCVO RG, that'll eat ANY CVO for lunch, and STILL have time to stop and 'burp'.
BUT if 'cookie cutter custom' is your way, than go 4 it. Jus' remember, it's gonna look jus' like the other "Customs" HD makes.

The K9 is awesome...but doing my back so grief....maybe get the seat altered....

I'll tell ya I got out on my Glide and loved it tremenously...that's why I was thinking of upgrading to at least the 09 RG to get the new inhancements....thoughts???...

thanks all your thoughts and opinions...this is great!!!
