Yeah, I got one of those when I bought my previous bike, an '04...pretty cool, but I hadn't heard the story behind why they weren't doing those anymore.

Hey Hackenfort, I've had a couple of really good dealings with Utica HD, also. They seem like really good people! Performance HD in Syracuse has had a ton of changes in the last couple of years. Completely different feel to the place, now. Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting that you go back there.

IMHO the best dealership within four hours drive for me in NYS, in terms of customer service, knowledgeable techs and just treating you like family is Gowanda Harley in Gowanda, NY. These people are awsome!!!! Also, pretty fair in terms of labor pricing for work. Their time scale for work is pretty fair. They don't inflate time required to do something. They have a dyno and know what they are doing with a build.

BandtChsr - didn't mean to steal your thread.

I got a plaque made of MDF with a picture of my bike in front of an American flag and an eagle, with my name, the vin, and the dealer's name on it. It says custom made for me, but it wasn't. Maybe they are talking about the plaque? The bike was off the floor.

Greetings,

When I got my Night Train a long time ago I got a black wrinkle-finish Harley Zippo from my dealer in the mail a couple of weeks later. I buy the Rocker C and I didn't get squat...LOL
