We are up in Madison Wi visiting my youngest Daughter and decided to go by Capital City today to get a T-Shirt and just look around. From the time we got out of our cage they bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. Even after we told them that we were from out of town and were not interested in buying they still were very helpful on finding things for us or providing us with info etc.

Also they provide a couple of bikes off the show room floor for me to just ride and check out. Yea I know they have the test ride program going right now but these folks were very friendly and helpful with out being in the way.

I hope all you folks in Madison get the same treatment. For us it was a good experience.

I had been there when I was shopping for my bike. Great people, very helpful. Ended up buying from a local dealer, but wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if I was closer.

 

Thats where I bought my bike....they are great people to deal with! And they also have great discounts

 

Brother just bought a bike there...awesome deal! They've had 20% off all accessories for about 2 years now, even special orders...24/7/365. Only dealer I know that does this.

 

Yeah, I've never gotten any bad vibes from them. They seem like they run a decent and friendly operation. They also just sent me an email saying they have opened up an online store with 20% off their store prices, or something like that. But let's get back to the daughter situation, haha, j/k.

 

Also, to add, when I was there, talking to a salesman, he volutarily said that they discounted bikes prices. He even called me a few days later to increase the discount even more.
